At our recent Cutting Edge conference, we introduced a new accredited training course we’re running in collaboration with management and leadership trainer, Rachel Slough. Rachel was well received as one of our keynote speakers at Cutting Edge, addressing the issues relating to managing ‘people’ well. This 18 month training course through the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) will be an extension of this teaching, providing an exciting, accredited opportunity for professional development for those with management responsibilities.
