New CWN resource!
In honour of October being World Menopause Awareness Month, we provided an up to date template Menopause Policy in our CWN member's resources library, designed to help churches support those in their teams experiencing this stage of life.
Menopause can be a challenging phase, often affecting people not only physically but also emotionally and mentally. By offering informed and compassionate support, employers can help ease this journey, ensuring that those experiencing menopause feel seen, heard, and supported within the workplace.
Our updated template provides greater understanding and awareness of menopause, as well as practical guidance on creating a supportive environment, with flexible adjustments that reflect best practices.
