Gavin has served as Church Manager for Christchurch, Newport for the last 20 years.

He is passionate about the gospel and strengthening the church by supporting the work that happens behind the scenes. Gavin is also the founder of The Church Office, an online resource to support church leaders, providing articles, podcasts, videos and document templates.

Gavin lives in Newport, South Wales with his wife Emma and their four wonderfully lively children, and a fluffy dog named Max. In his spare time he loves paddle boarding, barbecuing and football.
