Cancellations and Refunds Policy

All bookings should be paid in full at the time of booking. Any cancellation requests for any reason will be refunded in accordance with the following schedule:

• 8 weeks notice or greater: 75% of booking value

• 4 - 8 weeks notice: 25% of booking value

• Within 4 weeks, no refund is applicable.

It is the expectation of UCAN that our 2022 residential conference will be able to proceed as planned, in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. If Covid prevents the conference from taking place 'face to face' UCAN will endeavour to migrate the provision online and you will be offered a refund of the residential component of any booking fee or the option to accrue credit for future face to face events. If you are unwell with Covid or otherwise, and are unable to attend the conference, UCAN will facilitate you accessing the content digitally.
